Welcome to Ninja Scoopz, where we handle the dirty work so you don’t have to! By using our services, you agree to these terms—don’t worry, they’re not as messy as your pup’s business. Rain, shine, sleet, or snow, we’ve got your back(side). We’ll always make sure your gates are closed and your yard is left cleaner than we found it.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a poop scoop service with us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, we totally respect your decision—but that means we won’t be able to scoop your yard.
3. Service Offerings
All your dog waste disposal options:
- One-Time Service: We’ll book you in ASAP and confirm by text or email. You don’t need to be home—our ninjas are stealthy.
- Weekly Pickup: Your service day might shift as we grow, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
- Monthly Pickup: Once a month, we’ll swoop in for a deep clean. You’ll get a heads-up before we arrive.
4. Entry to the Yard
- You’ll get a text the day before so you can make sure we can get in.
- We’ll send another text when we’re on our way.
- We’ll clean up and secure the gate when we leave—no unexpected jailbreaks!
Can’t Get In?
- Locked gate? Snowed-in path? If we can’t get in, we’ll call you.
- No answer? We’ll knock.
- Still no luck? We move on, and unfortunately, the missed pickup won’t be refunded.
Got a Guard Dog?
- If your pup isn’t thrilled about us being there, we may ask you to bring them inside. Safety first!
5. Holidays & Weather Conditions
- Statutory Holidays: If your pickup falls on a holiday, we’ll do our best to adjust to a non-holiday that week or skip the week (and the charge).
- Snowy Yards: We’ll do our best, but deep snow might mean some hidden surprises pop up later. We’ll get what we can see!
- Jungle Lawns: Long grass is like camouflage for dog waste. We’ll grab what we can, but keeping the grass trimmed helps us (and you!).
6. Property Conditions
- Pre-Existing Damage: If we spot damage to gates, fences, or anything else, we’ll document it and let you know.
- Missed Pickup: Life happens—if we’re delayed due to illness or a vehicle breakdown, we’ll do our best to catch up within a day or two. If we can’t, we’ll credit your account and pick up next time.
7. Payment Terms
- Pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods are shared at booking.
- If payment isn’t received, your service may be put on paws (pun intended) until things are squared away.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
- We’re not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, obstacles in your yard, or dog-related surprises (like chewed-up shoes left outside).
- While we aim for thoroughness, some waste might be missed due to weather, overgrown grass, or camouflaged poops.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions make it unsafe for our team.
