Charlene Varley is the Co-Founder of Ninja Scoopz, blending her passion for creativity, people development, and building empowering, positive environments. As a mom, wife, animal lover, nature enthusiast, and fitness instructor, Charlene leads with authenticity, balance, and care.
With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, she successfully ran an Airbnb in Newfoundland—reconnecting with her roots while offering guests a warm, memorable experience. This venture sharpened her skills in hospitality, operations, and relationship-building, all of which she brings into her work at Ninja Scoopz.
Charlene’s background in health and fitness, along with a university degree, grounds her leadership in a holistic approach—one that values physical and mental well-being as essential to both personal and professional success. At Ninja Scoopz, she champions a culture of play, compassion, and empowerment, ensuring every team member and customer feels seen, supported, and valued.
Outside of Ninja Scoopz, Charlene is also the co-owner of a health and safety company, a fitness instructor, and a dedicated volunteer at her kids’ school. Whether she's lifting others through movement or community engagement, Charlene continues to nurture her family and the world around her with heart and purpose.

Danica Levesque is the heart and soul behind Ninja Scoopz, a family-run business that stands for empowerment, compassion, and play. As a mom, wife, sister, and friend, Danica believes in the power of deep, genuine connections—those are the relationships that truly shape our lives.
